fix: update grid classes for responsive design

This pull request includes minor updates to improve the responsiveness and layout of components in the react sample project. The changes focus on enhancing spacing, grid configurations, and responsiveness for better user experience.

Layout and Spacing Improvements:

• packages/samples/react/src/components/SampleDescription.tsx: Added a bottom margin (mb-2) to the container <div> for improved spacing between elements.

Responsiveness Enhancements:

• packages/samples/react/src/components/handout/basic.tsx: Updated the grid class in the <div> containing KolKolibri to include a responsive md:grid-cols-[auto_1fr_1fr] configuration for better layout on medium screens.
• packages/samples/react/src/components/handout/basic.tsx: Adjusted the grid columns in the <div> containing form inputs to use sm:grid-cols-2 and md:grid-cols-3, improving responsiveness across small and medium screen sizes.
