puppet run fails after upgrade mariadb 10.11 to mariadb 11.8

Expected Behavior

puppet run still works as expected

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
setup mariadb 11.8 repository
use mysql::server class:
class { 'mysql::server':
package_name => 'mariadb-server',
service_name => 'mariadb',
}

see failed puppet runs:
/Stage[main]/Mysql::Server::Service/Service[mysqld]
Skipping because of failed dependencies

Could not find a suitable provider for mysql_datadir
Could not find a suitable provider for mysql_user
Could not find a suitable provider for mysql_database
Could not find a suitable provider for mysql_grant

Environment

• Version v16.3.0
• Platform Ubuntu 24.04
• MariaDB 11.8.3

Same at me but other OS/MariaDB.
OS: Rocky9
MariaDB: 11.4.8
Created facts:

puppet facts >/tmp/x.txt
grep mysql /tmp/x.txt

Workaround see patch, this will only work for mariadb and breaks MySQL
