Go bindings

I wrote some go bindings for monty and have open sourced them. I'm happy to submit these back upstream if there is interest in hosting them in the official repo.

Hi @ewhauser, that's awesome!

happy to either have you upstream them in future, or link to them from our docs.

My main problems are:

1. I'm no good at go, so maintaining and extending another set of bindings will be hard - we would need to you (or someone else familiar with go) to maintain the bindings long term
2. Even with two sets of bindings now (python and js) I'm kind of ignoring the js bindings while trying to get major features implemented (e.g. in Implement datetime #290 yesterday, I basically ignored js since I wanted to get the thing merged)

I therefore suggest we either wait to upstream your work until things are more stable, or just keep them on your account and link to them from the README.

Happy to accept a PR to add a link your repo to the README now.
