It's got my attention that sometimes problems with transitive dependencies may reflect poorly on this action's ability to fulfil its purpose.

Here's what's happened in the past:

• typing_extensions module not found error #100
• publish fails due to rust compiler not found #56
• Docker build fails due to gcc being missing #51
• Container build failure on master: gcc missing #50
• Upload wheel fails with: "'pkginfo.distribution' has no attribute 'must_decode'" #107

Kind of. I think I'll wrap the automation with tox and GHA before closing.
