Think i have the same problems as in #61

My ~/.pypirc looks also like:

[server-login]
username:foo
password:bar

I have twine version 1.5.0 installed.

I don't think we want to handle that. Considering that distutils has a comment that says that format is deprecated "old stuff", it must be an extraordinarily old format.

What's about to just add a more helpful messages to this error?

Add something like: "Maybe you have a old formatted ~/.pypirc ?"
