This PR fixes some cut-off enrichment plot legends, the cut-off ylabel of the volcano plot and adds titles to the static heatmaps to aid interpreting them as well as adds labels to the static PCA plot saves

Reduced nextflow version back to 22.10.1, fixed some plot layout issues
