A Project should allow for multiple entries within the "project responsible" contact specification

What are you missing?

Currently, there is only at most one entry possible for the project responsible contact within a project.

Why do you need a solution?

For some projects, there is more than one person responsible for a project for which the information should be stored within the project (e.g. email for contact purposes)

Ideas

Enable the user to specify more than one person within the person responsible section.
