Add the sustaining members section to the homepage

Fix for #103

Requirements:

• Trigger the image build to create a new image on Docker Hub, as we implemented a new dependency
• Add this line to the cronjob:

0 0 * * * docker exec qgisfeed python /code/qgisfeedproject/manage.py get_sustaining_members
