No ignore_missing_samples parameter

excel deleted some begining 0 in my metadata so I ended up having samples in my feature-table that werent in my metadata.

Boots threw this error but ignore_missing_samples is not a valid boots parameter. This error seems reasonable but probably should not suggest a parameter that doesn't exist

This error should also be thrown early in the code. Currently, it throws an error when trying to create an emperor plot, which is after generating and averaging (the most time-intensive part.)
