Idea: Separate configuration and logic into different repositories

Problem Description

The current RSB repo provides all the sources as well as the configuration to setup a RSB. In reality, the sources are not even used upon installation since docker images are pulled from the docker repo.

Same as there exist a raiden and raiden-wizard repo, the RSB could be separated into a product and a installer repo to have a clean distinction between the two. This is not urgent and needs discussion
