What does this PR do?
Adds a new
viewpointSVG icon to the Temaki icon library.Why is this needed?
Currently, there is no proper SVG icon available for a viewpoint in the Temaki library. When searching for a viewpoint icon for use in ID editor, no suitable option exists. This icon fills that gap and can be used in the iD editor for representing viewpoints on the map.

Derived from Osmic icon set (CC0 licensed) and adapted to match Temaki's icon structure and style guidelines.

CC0 — consistent with Temaki's licensing.
