useSQL function currently not working without sqlite3 installed

This was not fixed yet, on the build the require is not made,

i think is a problem on the parcel, maybe this:
https://parceljs.org/features/scope-hoisting/#avoid-conditional-require()

Example of the actual build:

the place where the require would exists, have a reference that is not declared, this way the library continue trying to use the sql cli of the system.
