This PR will add secret sanatization to the artifacts pushed by the analyze and migrate commands to the target repository
currently, chef CLI appends github token to the chef supermarket links. Script had no defensive sanitization method, and Policy file.json could commit secrets.\
This PR also has a small fix for the URL source/target repositories to allow the analyze job to finish successfully
