'Add Cluster Editor' show cluster in 'Starting' state after successful start

This is correct behavior. Because CRC exits after VM is ready to use, but OpenShift could be still in starting state. Editor should be watching OpenShift status after CRC CLI exits and update it accordingly. That is going to be fixed in #2077.
