In case of multiple registries there is a possibility, in case of cloning default registry repository and then adding it in odo preferences, that multiple registries have component with the same name. In this case to create component with component type from specific registry --registry option should be used.
Current implementation use only component type name and that leaves decision what registry to use to odo.
