There is OCP 4.9 bundle released https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/clients/ocp/4.9.0/. With the extension release to 0.2.11, we should migrate oc to 4.9.
This will also be used in CRW 2.13 release. The code freeze for CRW is Nov 5.
