Fix Readme for correct download links and names

Make the necessary changes in the code for the reference.

1. cloud.redhat.com is now console.redhat.com (Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console)
2. Update description for OpenShift trials in readme
3. Update odo and oc download link in readme
4. Fix extension dependencies correct version download
