sandbox view is broken after second click on Add Cluster Button

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the Add OpenShift Cluster Button
2. Click on Launch Developer Sandbox (2nd card in the view)
3. The Sandbox workflow view opens up. Now again click on the Add OpenShift Cluster or + icon.

The view breaks and the Sign Up and Login to Red Hat button is hidden.
