Add Back button when specific card is opened in Add Cluster view

Currently Add Cluster views shows 3 cards to users redirecting them to individual workflows.

Description:
Once the workflow view is opened, for example, CRC view is opened, there is no way to go back to Add Cluster view. User have to close or Reopen Add cluster view.

Solution:

The CRC view and Developer Sandbox view should have a Back Button to Add Cluster View at the top left corner of the UI.
