Add parsing of kubeconfig file, empty kube config file throws an error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'clusters')

Not sure how it happened but when I have empty ~/.kube/config file, I am not able to Login, Add cluster or switch context.

I would like to ask for a improvement in error message when such situation happen, simply if file is empty or cannot be parsed using yaml parser, report that file is corrupted or something. Unless this of course does not come from dependency.

Adding at least empty object {} into ~/.kube/config fixes the problem.
