Import from git fails if there is an existing devfile

eg. Go through "Import from Git" workflow, using the following repository: https://github.com/openshift-evangelists/Wild-West-Frontend

The expected behaviour is that you should be able to clone the repository if it contains an existing devfile, and that the existing devfile should be preserved when the repository is cloned.

Using the PR #3111 for first tine creating a component from the specified git-repository it it shows me a label like "The DevFile that exists in the repo will be used" AND allows to git-clone and create a component.

In case a component is already created, if I try to repeat the same steps it shows me a label like "The DevFile that exists in the repo will be used", allows to continue with the selected DevFile, but do not allow creating a Component (probably the devfile and target folder are already exist.

I think, it works as expected.

Just one minor thing.

This is the page after the page that informs there is an existing devfile that will be used. I assume that the devfile item being shown is the recommended one from the previous page ? This might be a bit confusing given that when a devfile exists, it's ignored.
