Context doesn't look switched when using the same cluster URL, but different project

When switching context to a different one OS Tools reports that context is switched, but Application Explorer doesn't show any changes. This happens independently of having a component Dev running or not.

After the PR #3804 is applied, some scenarios of the switching context:

• When switching to a cluster that you're not logged in yet:

• On Sandbox cluster, in case of selecting an "outdated" context with some kind of "old, outdated" project name, but using a correct working token (you'll be switched to Sandbox cluster provided project related to the token used instead of the project specified in selected Kube config context and an according warning will be displayed):
