Update UX for Devfile Registry View

• Current implementation has Filters present as a long list with badges. We need to update that with Filters present as Checkbox on the left navigation panel.
• Move the Showing Items information to the top below the pagination so that we can free up space to display the content
• Make the search bar height smaller
• Add more content with the cards so that each page atleast shows 6-8 registry names. We need to use the entire area available.
