I have the Tekton operator installed, but the user I'm logged in as cannot list one of the resources types contributed by this operator.

It appears the fix for #3520 in b859e8d has regressed.

Seems this is not a regression, but a separate issue. The resource openshiftpipelinesascodes.operator.tekton.dev is not namespaced, meaning instances of the resource do not reside in a namespace. The user doesn't have permissions to view resources outside of a namespace. oc auth can-i get ... reports that the user can list these resources even when they can't.
