CRC setup is reseted after closing its window

When I try to add OpenShift Local cluster via UI and go through all the steps and finishing the setup, after closing the window and reopening it, the setup has to be done over again. I would expect to see the information about the status of the cluster and possibility to stop it instead.

This really looks like a restriction on reading values stored in VSCode preferences (CRC and pull-secret paths and so on)... Also #4413 and #4414 look like happen because of the same problem.
