You need to make sure that /mnt/hudson_workspace/workspace/vscode-java_release/.vscode-test/vscode-1.40.0/VSCode-linux-x64/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.

requires upgrade of vscode-test to 1.2.3
