Sometime JSON Schema not loaded

Describe the bug

We have a bug with schema cache, wen we load schema but can't return it content.

Can be related:

• Schema error on pubspec.yaml on version 0.16.0 #444
• Ansible schemas not loaded ansible/vscode-ansible#50

Expected Behavior

All schemas should load

Current Behavior

Sometime we got Unable to load schema from 'https://json.schemastore.org': No content error message.
