The .nl parser seems to have been outdated, so I updated it.

Changes:

  • added reseller and abuse information fields
  • updated name servers to not catch any following fields
  • updated the .nl test cases with the most recent whois data
  • I changed the .eu tests as well to use the allsamples test case, which seems most TLDs are using (relating to my previous PR Fix .eu parsing #298)

Not tested:

  • there seems to be code for handling .nl domains in quarantine which I have not been able to test but should work fine since stricture of .nl whois responses is the same just new fields were added
