There is no need to unpack tarballs to get README.md, since npm adds it on publish. Sinopia used to [delete](https://github.com/rlidwka/sinopia/blob/6704abf988dc96585a6b5d59bf2e19f0859ea4cc/lib/local-storage.js#L159) this info to save space, we can just remove that code.
