Is there a way to change a subscriber's plan?

I don't see any documentation for changing a subscriber's plan. The method would be change_subscription_plan.xml, documented here:

I'm happy to fork and add if this isn't already a feature, but I wanted to make sure I didn't miss something before digging in.

I think you used to have to go through "update subscriber" to change their plan, so I haven't implemented that specific API.

That makes a lot more sense than having to update the subscriber though, so it would be great to have support for it.

I'm monkey-patching to get that functionality:
