Adds the build-only default app platform path for headerless
roc build, synthesizing the echo platform, a no-libc Linux runtime, and default-platform debug backtrace metadata while keepingroc rununchanged. This also teaches echo to use the direct stdout write path and adds CLI coverage for the default-platform disassembly and crash/stack-overflow diagnostics across targets, with currently unimplemented targets represented in the test matrix.
