This extends the synthetic default platform used by headerless roc build apps to cover glibc Linux targets through the C entrypoint path and wasm32 through a hostless archive target. The no-libc runtime object remains limited to the musl _start targets, and LLVM debug local declarations now get a generated location so optimized default-app builds do not emit invalid debug info.
