The repository has moved. The installation instruction needs to be updated to:
devtools::install_github('saeyslab/SingleBench')
Then the installation fails due to rhdf5. This must be installed via Bioconductor:
BiocManager::install("rhdf5")
It then fails again, but after a couple of tries, it mostly works. There are many, many dependencies that are not installed.
