Excellent fix. I was shocked to see GPL still in the codebase as that should've been removed before initial commit..... that's my bad as I did that work to create the Ansible Collections in the first place before we moved the repos into public domain.

Changes
Modules and Unit tests had inconsistent license headers and this PR addresses that:
CONTRIBUTORS.mdfile which is programmatically maintained and more accurate than names in license headers.CONTRIBUTORS.mdwith new sections with Module Utilities and Module Unit Tests to provide better granularity for contributors.
