problem

main is borked and unpublished.

solution (kind of)

• to make this module work, this branch has been published as cdaringe-screeps-server-mockup@1.5.1-rc.01
• getting isolated-vm to work w/ later versions of mac is a real pita, so isolated-vm has been forced from 2 => 4 (which is divergent from screeps engine). some CPU stuff is no longer exposed, and those props/tests have been commented out

this patch set shouldn't really be accepted, but viewers may find it useful
