FFT Size and FFT Averaging not respected during observation periods

If i set an FFT Size of, for example, 8192, during automatic Observation it assumes the default value of 16384.
The same for any value of FFT Averaging: it assumes "None".

When the Observation stops, those default values continue, they don't return to the initial values defined.

I am not sure what you mean when you say that you set FFT size and avg in the automated observations, there are no such options available to set in an automated observation or monitored satellite, can you be more specific ?

Yes, sure: When i set an FFT size and Averaging at the Waterfall Settings
window, those settings are not respected when Automatic Observation is running. It runs with the default values, the FFT values introduced are ignored.

The automated observations dont need an FFT size or averaging at all, those settings are not used there. In the waterfall page if you set FFT size and averaging that will have only an effect on the running waterfall, not any future automated observations.

...just trying too warn you... for example, i found it when doing a very weak signal calibration wit one of my lab RF gen, looking at the image generated after an IQ recording...

Oh you are talking about the waterfall image generated after you do an IQ recording ? Is that correct ?

Inside the docker volume you use for ground-station you will find a file called: waterfall_config.json, open it and edit it, you will find options there to change, then restart ground-station and tell me how that worked. If you find an issue please report what values you used
