Doesn't work with Windows Explorer

Maximizing of Windows explorer app does not work. Have no issues on other apps.

Fixed in 7ec82a2 — the issue was that Explorer uses a single process for all File Explorer windows, so the sibling-grouping logic tried to move every open Explorer window (including ones on other desktops and shell helper windows). Some of those would fail with TYPE_E_ELEMENTNOTFOUND and crash the app.

The fix detects explorer.exe and moves only the targeted window. Please grab the next release and let us know if it works for you!
