Old brand color is still used in the manifest and PWA splashscreen logo should be white

Current behavior

The splash screen shows the Shlink icon in the new brand color over the old brand color background, while it should be white over the new brand color.

Additionally, the PWA header color, which is defined in the manifest, is using the old brand color instead of the new one.

Expected behavior

New brand color should be used there.

Minimum steps to reproduce

Open the app, and install it as a desktop application. Then open the app just installed and notice the color is not the right one.
