When active server is not properly configured and it errors, after editing it to fix config, connection is not retried

This app displays an error page when the Shlink server cannot be reached. This page allows you to edit the server config, just in case you introduced a typo or something like that.

However, after "fixing" the configuration you still see the error page, because the connection is not retried.
