suggestion: add cxl memory #37

Memory disaggregation using CXL seems to be a thing happening across different cloud providers (I wouldn't know because I don't work with this technology myself, but I've read about it a few times). Feel like it might be nice to add though, especially to compare cxl ram (ram fetched over pcie bus) to ddr ram and ssd (nvme over pcie).
Found this hackernews discussion with people asking why we still use DDR if PCIe has much higher bandwidth. The answer is of course, latency, as one comment mentions:
Even the fastest (as in lowest latency) CXL memories claim a ~200ns latency (~4x worse than DDR5) and it wouldn't be free.
