prometheus metrics per graph

We currently do not track prometheus metrics per graph. We incorrectly use the hutch argument to try to do this. We should add the graph to the metrics and then add a separate drop down to grafana where you can select the graph.

We could also potentially integrate this into the flowchart editor directly. When you hover over a box it can show the time by pulling from prometheus.
