Issue with extracted software license

Software license like Apache license appears to be recognized as software name from time to time and it's not beautiful :)
We would need:

• to cover these case with training data ("negative" examples with license contexts).
• or to annotate explicitly license information as additional attribute

Second one is much better of course, but much more work too.
