GITHUB_TOKEN-pushed branches don't auto-trigger workflow runs in the pull_request check_suite (only in the workflow_dispatch suite), so the PR's required-check rollup stays empty. A human push synchronizes those events. Re-thinking the release-prepare flow to avoid this on future releases. Signed-off-by: Git'Fellow <12234510+solracsf@users.noreply.github.com>
