Given https://github.com/sommer/veins/blob/master/examples/veins/omnetpp.ini sample of VANET, here vehicles OBU is capable with ieee802.11p module and RSU as well right or? for DSRC/ieee802.11p in V2I, do not we need in practic both RSU and vehicles with ieee802.11p capable?
This system collect CAM and rebroadcast warning of accident to other vehicles? so if I want to change the application how to do that, for example I want to detect front vehicle and warn if the distance is very short to behind vehicle?
