Rendering N-Dimensional features

Hi,

I am interested in using Spark for my projects. However, I have not seen any example or documentation if it is able to render arbitrary dimensional features. Is it possible to render features similar to feature splatting using Spark?

It will be very helpful if you could provide a way to have this capability.

While not impossible, it's worth noting that Spark's internal representation of splats is optimized for compactness and performance. There are currently two types of splat encoding: PackedSplats and ExtendedSplats. The loading, dyno modifiers and rendering all operate on these encodings. So adding additional/custom splat attributes is not supported out of the box.

If you have the custom per splat data packed in additional textures, you can use them in dyno shaders to render out features, similar to how the debug colouring example works. The tricky part, as mentioned above, will be loading the custom per splat data. Depending on your use case it might be easier to modify Spark for this.
