Zipkin Docker Compose environment error

Hello 👋🏻

I'm running the app with Docker, currently building the images and running them with Docker Compose, as it's suggested in the README.

However, I can't start the Zipkin container with the environment specified, it shows this error output:

Unrecognized VM option 'UseSVE=0'
2025-03-23T16:13:59.199913185Z Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
2025-03-23T16:13:59.199915615Z Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Hi @rogeriofrsouza I've added this VM option due to the openzipkin/zipkin#3786
I don't realise that it will fail to start the JVM on other OS.

Upgrading to Docker Desktop 4.40.0 has fixed my Apple M4 issue. I will remove the option.
