geometry to current $STAR_LIB. usage: $ testGeometry.csh y2019a
NOte. THe output of this test rig requires human interpretation. It will perform a visual difference (gvimdiff) between the geometry structure and parameters. Ideally you will see no differences between geometry versions, but roundoff errors in individual shape and position parameters are permissable.

Add geometry test macros / scripts which can be used to verify consistency across library releases, code updates, etc...
