Fix prefixed animation name replacement

I forgot to handle the renaming of animation and animation-name in #1505

(I also stopped editorconfig from inserting newlines at the end of expected.css files)

Oh, I think I put some extras () on the remove prefix regex. It can be: ^-(webkit|moz|o|ms)-
