Usage

./start.sh - Start the cluster, defaults to 2.12, use VERSION=2.11 to switch the version
./stop.sh - Stop and optionally delete the data
./reset.sh - Delete all streams

Note: There are equivalent (untested) ps1 scripts if you are running on Windows.
