Note, this includes breaking changes to the API. * Add (and require) `Event.Entity` which requires two tokens, e.g. `order.123`. This enables the Evolve method to match on `<entity-type>.<entity-id>.<event-type>`. * The subject in the stream config will be inspected and validated for use.
